CMS is a website platform that is used to manage all our needs in apps, such as product management, user management, merchant management, markets, promos, and many others. Yes, of course our users are not end-to-end users, but internal users. So CMS is here to manage everything that runs on apps, product databases and many others. In this case product team will build cms for supermarket grocerys.
I worked with the guys at CBRE to redesign their entire website and mobile app fro both Android and iOS. This project lasted for 4 months and was a very challenging one.
Titipku requires user to pick an area before adding products to app. We need to inform how each area differs from one another, be in Titipku or in real life, in order to help users add products faster.
In terms of ATC, median ATC per user was highest (14 in Android, 11 in iOS for same time period) if users add from lapak detail compared to product list (9 and 4), or product detail (7 and 4 respectively). This may be due to users need to think and/or search of a product in order to ATC; while by doing it from lapak detail they may (according to qualitative interviews): be exposed to different products at the same time, fasten order process, lighten Jatiper’s burden; as top reasons.
